Warm-up

2 Rounds:

20 High knee

20 Butt kickers

10 Knee to chest

10 Toe touch

20 Walking Lunges

Workout of the Day

Metcon (Time)

6 rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters

Rest 2 minutes

Then, practice SLIPS for 20 minutes.

Cooldown

2R – 4 Padelling into a lunge(hold) +sit back(hold)

30 sec butterfly pose

30 sec each leg,quad-pelvis stretch
