Basics and Bootcamp classes outline our foundational program to allow athletes new to CrossFit the space and ability to learn at their own pace.
In CrossFit Basics we train the nine foundational movements including barbell driven movements and cover jargon and methodology, we stress mechanics over intensity.
In Bootcamp we introduce intensity with programming that utilizes primarily bodyweight movements, light kettlebell-, sandbag- and dumbbell-work. No barbell-work is featured in these classes.

You can request to test out of CrossFit Basics whenever you feel you are ready to participate in regular CrossFit classes, or you may remain in CrossFit Basics indefinitely.
CrossFit Basics is mandatory for individuals with no prior CrossFit experience.
