Whether you are attending one of our group workouts or working one-on-one with one of our coaches, you can be sure you will be receiving programming that is carefully constructed and coaching that is safe, effective, and individualized.
You must successfully complete a mandatory movement skills test before being granted safe access to regular CrossFit classes. If you are new to CrossFit, you must start by enrolling in CrossFit Basics. No exceptions.
