Pike to runners lunge

PVC pass-throughs

Workout of the Day

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

25-ft. handstand walk

75-ft. walking lunge

25 sit-ups

Cooldown

1 min rocking ankle

1 min couch stretch

1 min Toe-Touch
