10 PVC pass-throughs
10 air squats
3/3 Turkish get-ups
2 rounds of:
Foam roll adductors, 30-seconds per side
Deep squat hold, 1 minute
Perform 5 reps of each step with a PVC:
Snatch deadlift + shrug
Hang power snatch + overhead squat
Power snatch + overhead squat
With an empty barbell, perform 1 power snatch + 5 overhead squats.
