20 Jumping jacks

10 Elbow to instep

10 Air/PVC push press

10 Samson

10 Hollow rocks

10 PVC-Pass throughs+around the world+reverse grip

Workout of the Day

Metcon (Weight)

Accumulate 3 min Hand Stand hold(time cap 10 Min)

Then Heavy Day –

Push press 10-10-10-10-10 reps

If at home, modify with jugs or other heavy objects.
Scaling:

Accumulate 2 min Pike hold (time cap 8 Min)

Then Heavy Day –

Push press 10-10-10-10-10 reps

If at home, modify with jugs or other heavy objects.
