Class Description

Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. But that only means CrossFit is for you.

The CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. CrossFit is universally scalable making it the perfect program for any committed individual, regardless of experience.

Our goal at CrossFit Old Fashion is to help our athletes achieve their goals by providing them with both the best programming and the best coaching to ensure that each individual is participating in a workout that is both effective and challenging, but also fun, and has been tailored to his or her specific needs and abilities. Whether you are attending one of our group workouts or working one-on-one with one of our coaches, you can be sure you will be receiving programming that is carefully constructed and coaching that is safe, effective, and individualized.

You must successfully complete a mandatory movement skills test before being granted safe access to regular CrossFit classes. If you are new to CrossFit, you must start by enrolling in CrossFit Basics. No exceptions.
